I came to Jae as a mixed bag of overflowing passion, lack of direction, a freshly broken heart, self-doubt, and a big shiny seemingly unattainable dream. Last week I walked away from our final session as the most confident, fearless and powerful version of myself I have ever known, and I promise you I. am. not. exaggerating.

Jae isn't lying when she says "this is life changing stuff." It is exactly that. I no longer spend my days hoping to reach that big shiny goal, instead I relish in the certainty and sheer excitement that I WILL.

I find myself wondering what the world would be like if it was compulsory for every twenty-something to spend 6 sessions with Jae (yes we’d need a whole lot more of her for starters). Imagine the potential, the drive, and the power of the next generation.

    • In our first call, we’ll set inspiring goals that act as guiding lights on our journey, and a few little action steps to keep us moving.

    • In each of the following calls, I’ll hold you accountable to your action steps, as well as ask questions and hold space as we reflect and reframe.

    • As a group, we’ll work through any resistance that arises, alchemizing challenges into lessons and pain into power.

  • $399 or $133/week over three weeks.

    I had just left college and I was trying to figure out how the hell I wanted to live this amazing life. What did I want to do? How did I want to feel? How did I want to show up in the world? Who did I want to be? And facing all that, I drifted out of my magic for whatever reason. For me coaching was a way to get back to feeling like a freaking superhero so that I could make decisions about my life that would set me up to thrive. Over three months my internal dialogue has changed beyond recognition. Jae endeavors to spend a day in your shoes. Instead of sitting on a pedestal, coaching you with what you’re giving to her, she puts you at ease, sits with you and does everything she can to see things - your thoughts, feelings, traumas and behaviors from your eyes. That way the foundation of Jae's support is genuinely common ground, and she holds your hand the entire way.

Being a man, I feel more comfortable with practical conversation and Jae does her best to "translate" the more esoteric side of things, which alleviates misunderstandings.

Whilst there are moments of depth, it is somewhat "easy" to piece it all together and follow along where Jae is leading you. So yes, Jae is leading you, though she is also simultaneously sitting side by side with you. Which is magical.
